Shipping policy

We use a mix of Australian Couriers to make sure you receive your item. Our goal is to make sure orders are sent by the next business day. On occasions there can be delays to your order, this is mostly due to large amounts of orders being processed. 

Standard Shipping/Tracked - this can take 2-7 business days from purchase but can delay on occasion.
Express Shipping - this can take 1-3 business days from purchase but can delay on occasion.

We encourage everyone to use Tracked/Express on high value purchases, using Standard without form of tracking is at buyers risk!

PREORDERS - If your order contains *PREORDER* item, the whole cart will be held until the preorder becomes available. Please split your cart purchases if there are items you want to receive immediately. Items that are for PREORDER will be processed to ship as soon as we receive the stock. Release dates can change or be delayed.
